Eligibility and accounts

MiMi is for people 16 and older.

• You must provide accurate account information and meet the age requirement where you live.
• Protect your devices, one-time login codes, downloaded exports, and links you choose to share.
• You may not transfer an account or use another person's account without permission.
• MiMi may limit or suspend access when needed to protect people, data, infrastructure, or the service while it investigates misuse.

The service

MiMi returns evidence-scoped results.

MiMi receives sources you choose, derives personal observations, and supports questions, crowds, comparisons, recovery planning, and exports. Results can be incomplete, delayed, stale, unavailable, or wrong. A forecast is labeled as a forecast. Crowd counts remain hidden until their floor is independently verified.

Files and content

Bring only what you are allowed to use.

You keep ownership of content you provide. You give Social Intelligence Labs Inc. the limited permission needed to receive, store, secure, scan, parse, transform, display, export, and delete that content, including through its disclosed subprocessors, as required to operate the features you choose. You must have the rights and authority needed to provide it. MiMi may reject a file that creates a security, legal, or technical risk.

Share links can be forwarded or copied. Revoking a live link stops later access through MiMi, but it cannot erase a copy another person already made outside the service.

Data Agent

A recovery plan sends nothing.

Discovery and planning may identify companies, rank candidates, and prepare next steps. The plan itself sends nothing. Only eligible Gmail email requests whose exact contents you reviewed and that remain unchanged may be delivered. Official forms and non-Gmail routes remain Guided for you to complete. A delivery receipt records what MiMi sent, not whether a company accepted or completed the request. Every company still requires a separate disclosed mandate before MiMi can cause an external side effect.

MiMi helps you prepare access and export requests and can deliver eligible reviewed Gmail email requests. It does not act as your authorized agent or legal representative, does not sign for you, invent residency, or make a legal judgment, and does not automate deletion, correction, appeals, complaints, purchases, or account changes at another company. MiMi stops for passwords, CAPTCHA, multi-factor authentication, identity documents, signatures, payments, legal attestations, unknown required fields, changed actions, redirects, or missing confirmation. Third-party sites and providers apply their own terms and privacy rules.

Acceptable use

Do not turn a personal tool against someone else.

• Do not upload data, impersonate a person, or send a request without the necessary permission.
• Do not seek passwords, tokens, private keys, payment data, or restricted identity documents through MiMi.
• Do not bypass access controls, rate limits, consent steps, provider gates, or safety filters.
• Do not use MiMi for stalking, discrimination, harassment, fraud, unlawful surveillance, or any eligibility decision about a person's housing, employment, credit, or insurance.
• Do not probe or disrupt the service in a way that risks another person's data. Report a suspected security issue as described on the security page.

Leaving MiMi

You can export, revoke, and delete.

Account controls let you create an export, revoke sessions, delete sources, disconnect available integrations, and start account deletion. Account controls show the current deletion status. Minimal content-free records may remain where needed to prove deletion, prevent abuse, resolve a dispute, or comply with law.
