Common questions
Where do I upload a file?
Use the web app in any browser, including a phone browser. The iOS app hands uploads to the web because iOS is the place for understanding, not ingestion.
Does MiMi need my passwords?
No. MiMi never asks for or uploads a password or session cookie. Password re-entry, two-factor prompts, and CAPTCHAs stay with you in the visible browser tab.
How long does MiMi keep my chat export?
Review the current chat retention status before upload. You can request source deletion from Files.
Why does a request still say Prepared?
Only eligible Gmail email requests whose exact contents you reviewed and that remain unchanged may be delivered. Official forms and non-Gmail routes remain Guided for you to complete. Prepared does not mean submitted.
What does the extension capture?
Nothing until you switch capture on. Then it records hostname, dwell seconds, coarse category, and time. It does not record URL paths, titles, page text, form values, passwords, or cookies.
How do I leave?
Account controls let you create an export, revoke extension sessions, manage files, and start account deletion. Account controls show the current deletion status.
Can support recover my account?
Use verified email recovery when it is available. If that path fails, email support for the options supported by the current release. Never send a login code, password, archive, or identity document in an ordinary email.
